The Flowertown Festival is the Y’s premiere fundraiser founded in 1973 to support health and wellness programs at the Y. Every spring, Summerville, South Carolina comes alive with vibrant azaleas, wisteria, and dogwoods for the annual Flowertown Festival, proudly hosted by the Summerville Family YMCA. Recognized as one of the Top 20 events in the Southeast, this three-day arts and crafts festival attracts more than 200,000 visitors who come to enjoy local artisans, delicious food, and family-friendly entertainment. Whether you’re searching for handcrafted treasures, looking to support community programs, or simply want to soak in Southern hospitality, the Flowertown Festival promises something for everyone!

Matthews Summerfest takes place in and around Stumptown Park, which is located at
120 S.Trade Street Matthews NC 28105
No pets are allowed at Matthews Summerfest per Town Ordinance. Service dogs are always welcome.

Back in 2026! Craft beer vendors (Seaboard Brewing and others) will be selling beer on site. Beer is to be purchased and consumed within the event footprint ONLY, to include Stumptown Park and the closed section of South Trade Street. Must be 21, with valid photo ID. Help us make this addition a success, and one that we can enjoy for years to come!

NC State Fairgrounds
The annual Got to Be NC Festival is a rain or shine event that takes place May 15-17, 2026, at the North Carolina State Fairgrounds in Raleigh. The Got to Be NC Pavilion is located inside the 50,000 square foot Agri Supply Exposition Center and is exclusively open to active members of the Got to Be NC marketing program. Pavilion Eligibility To be eligible to exhibit in this section of the festival, applicants must have an active member listing on the Got to Be NC website at the time of application. Food and beverage products must be market ready. Prepared foods such as sandwiches and entrees are not eligible in the pavilion.
