Welcome to Cinn-sane Cinnamon Rolls
We are a family-owned and operated dessert food truck business that specializes in creating and selling delicious almost world famous Big Fatty cinnamon rolls, as well as Pop's fresh hand-squeezed lemonade and Mawmaw's southern sweet tea. The mouthwatering Big Fatty's are freshly baked using the finest ingredients and family secrets. Our greatest pleasure is seeing our customers enjoy a Big Fatty's for the first time and their reactions after that first taste!
Our Journey
Cinn-sane Cinnamon Rolls was founded by the Rutherford family in 2020. We picked up the Big Fatty trailer in March of that year right before the Covid shutdowns started. Because of the work ethic instilled in us by Pop's, we worked wherever we could during that first year to make payments since most fairs and festivals were canceled.
At Cinn-sane Cinnamon Rolls, we aim to provide a unique and delightful experience for our customers by offering freshly baked Big Fatty cinnamon rolls, fresh hand-squeezed lemonade, and southern sweet tea. Each Big Fatty, cup of lemonade, and tea is made with love and care using the finest ingredients and some secrets we have learned along the way. We believe that our Big Fatty's have the power to bring people together and create happy memories. One of our biggest joys is to see someone who hasn't ever had a Big Fatty bite into their first. The expression on their face to us is priceless. Join us on our journey as we spread the love of cinnamon rolls, one Big Fatty at a time.
